**MAKE SURE YOU CHECK BOTH IN-OFFICE AND TELEMEDICINE SCHEDULES FOR THE FIRST AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT!!! OFTEN TIMES THERE ARE SAME WEEK APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE IF YOU CHECK BOTH OPTIONS!

If you are scheduling your first follow up visit after your new patient visit, we highly recommend scheduling a 60 minute visit. This will allow the appropriate time to review all your results and discuss appropriate treatment options. We find that if you try to cram this into a 30 minute appointment, you will likely only get to discuss results and not treatment options. 

Some Scheduling Tips:

• All appointments are self-scheduled and must be done online. There are options for both in person and telemedicine for your convenience.
• If you are looking for a same-day SICK appointment and there are no openings on the schedule please contact our office to see if you can be worked in. 
• Our schedule opens up 45 days in advance. If you wish to schedule an appointment that is more than 4 weeks away, please check back within that time frame. 
• Please be sure to check the doctor's areas of specializations below (or by CLICKING HERE) before booking to ensure you are seeing the appropriate doctor.  You can also look for first availability. Please remember that if you need medications, please schedule with nurse practitioners; Dr. Christina & Dr. Walter do natural only. 
• We are a Scent-Free office. We treat a number of patients that suffer from terrible allergic and autoimmune conditions that will exacerbate their symptoms when exposed. Please refrain from wearing fragrances to our office. 
• While we are a family-friendly practice, we kindly request that if a parent is being seen as a patient, they do NOT bring children with them to their appointment (unless the child also has an appointment at the same time).  We spend an extended amount of time with our patients and many times, children do get restless and we have found that parents do not get the full benefit from their appointment with us. Additionally, there are very sensitive topics discussed during visits that are not appropriate for little ears. We respectfully request that you schedule your appointment when you have appropriate childcare OR schedule a telemedicine visit perhaps during nap time or a mutually convenient time for you and your child(ren). 
• We have a STRICT 48-hour Appointment Change Policy; so please familiarize yourself with that to avoid fees. 
• You MUST be on time for your appointment as we do not accept late arrivals due to the nature of how we schedule our appointments and the extended time we spend with patients.

Telemedicine Only: Monday-Wednesday 9am-4pm

Nurse Practitioner Lindsay:

Telemedicine Only: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am-4pm (*alternating Wednesday & Friday every other week)
