ESTABLISHED PATIENT APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

New Patients: you will schedule HERE. 

Established Patients: you are in the right spot! Read below: 

**MAKE SURE YOU CHECK BOTH IN-OFFICE AND TELEMEDICINE SCHEDULES FOR THE FIRST AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT!!! OFTEN TIMES THERE ARE SAME WEEK APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE IF YOU CHECK BOTH SCHEDULES!

If you need to schedule your first follow up visit or need to schedule any type of functional medicine follow up visit, you will schedule an "Established Patient Visit-Functional Medicine/Primary Care" (either in office or telemedicine.) There is either a 30 minute option or up to 60 minute option with Dr. Christina or Dr. Walter. 

If have a mild issue that does not require lab review or maybe have some questions or need a refill, you will schedule an "Established Patient Visit-BRIEF  Problem visit" (either in office or telemedicine.) This visit can be no more than 10 minutes. Please do not schedule this appointment if you have extensive questions, multiple concerns or need labs reviewed. We will not have time for that so please schedule an appropriate visit.  Dr. Walter & Dr. Christina only offer this appointment type. 

If you are ill, please schedule a SICK visit either in office or telemedicine. This visit takes no more than 10 minutes.  Results of any kind cannot be discussed (there is not enough time in 10 minutes). There is a  HARD stop at 10 minutes. If you require more time, please schedule accordingly. If your appointment is more in depth, you will be charged accordingly.

If you need a surgical clearance or work clearance, please schedule that type of appointment. We cannot combine this visit with regular follow up visits; we will not have the time. 

If you need medication refills for an ongoing issue, please remember you will need to schedule with nurse practitioner.  She has 30 minute appointments and 45 minute appointments. 

• All appointments are self-scheduled and must be done online. There are options for both in person and telemedicine for your convenience. Nurse practitioner Meagan has her schedule available online for telemedicine; if you want an in-person visit with Meagan, please contact us. She is in the office every other week. Dr. Angela's schedule is not available online and must be scheduled internally through us. 

• If you are looking for a same-day SICK appointment and there are no openings on the schedule please contact our office to see if you can be worked in. 

• Our schedule opens up 4-6 weeks in advance and 4 weeks at a time. If you wish to schedule an appointment that is more than 4 weeks away, please check back within that time frame. 

• Please be sure to check the doctor's areas of specializations below (or by CLICKING HERE) before booking to ensure you are seeing the appropriate doctor.  You can also look for first availability. Please remember that if you need medications, please schedule with nurse practitioner; Dr. Christina & Dr. Walter do natural only. 

• We are a Scent-Free office. We treat a number of patients that suffer from terrible allergic and autoimmune conditions that will exacerbate their symptoms when exposed. Please refrain from wearing fragrances to our office. 

• While we are a family-friendly practice, we kindly request that if a parent is being seen as a patient, they do NOT bring children with them to their appointment (unless the child also has an appointment at the same time).  We spend an extended amount of time with our patients and many times, children do get restless and we have found that parents do not get the full benefit from their appointment with us. Additionally, there are very sensitive topics discussed during visits that are not appropriate for little ears. We respectfully request that you schedule your appointment when you have appropriate childcare OR schedule a telemedicine visit perhaps during nap time or a mutually convenient time for you and your child(ren). 

• We have a STRICT Cancellation Policy; so please familiarize yourself with that to avoid fees. 

• You MUST be on time for your appointment as we do not accept late arrivals due to the nature of how we schedule our appointments and the extended time we spend with patients. 

We are open Monday-Thursday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We are closed every Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Most Major Holidays.
