The reason we are able to keep our costs so low & deliver such high quality service in fast turn times is quite simple. For GUARANTEED APPOINTMENTS, we require online appointment scheduling for COVID testing and all appointments must be pre-paid and are non-refundable. If you would like to request a COVID-19 Letter of Recovery, we can help with that.
Our criteria is quite simple. You must provide us with your positive PCR result (dated within 90 days of your request), and you must have completed a 10 day isolation (if infection was recent).

CDC Approved Testing Site. You must supply your own FDA Approved or FDA EUA Antigen Test.
No special software or applications are needed for this visit. All you need is an internet connection and a camera.
We are happy to either travel to your location (home, office, hotel) or we may be able to open our office during non-office hours for a small convenience fee.
This is a one time fee (not per person) added to your test purchase. Please note, we are unable to combine any other discounts in conjunction with Concierge Services. Travel distance restrictions apply.

TRAVEL COVID-19 TESTING: Same Day Results for COVID-19 RT-PCR Testing. This RT- PCR test will satisfy all CDC, TSA, and International Travel Requirements.
We have an on-site lab that is certified by the CDC. You will be provided the official lab report along with a clearance letter signed by a physician and our practice stamp with our accredited CDC Laboratory ID number.
The cost is $75 for the PCR and $50 for the Antigen. Results are available same day. You will be given the results before you leave your appointment. This process takes about 15 minutes. If you would like a detailed receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, please ask us at your appointment. Our office is not in network with any insurance plan; therefore, we are unable to bill any insurance. Upon request, we will provide you with a detailed receipt for you to seek reimbursement by your insurance company.
Appointments are limited as we only perform testing on select days during select hours only. In an effort to keep costs down and due to high demand, you must schedule and prepay online.
Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancellations and no-shows. You can use a credit for a rescheduled appointment. We must pre-order our tests to ensure we have adequate supply for our patients, so we cannot give refunds in the event of Government/COVID Testing Regulation Changes so please schedule accordingly. Please check with your destination to ensure a Video Supervised Test is acceptable before booking. If not, please schedule an in-office appointment.
You are responsible for obtaining an EUA approved test and the box must remain sealed until your appointment.
You will be asked to verify your identity at the start of your appointment by providing a valid photo identification. We will verify the test and monitor you performing the test and will validate the results. A certified report of the results will be emailed to you.

Have you been exposed to someone with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19? Are you experiencing symptoms of illness and would like to be tested for COVID-19?
Our office provides RAPID COVID-19 Antigen Testing . Since we are also a primary care office, we are able to provide any work/school notes, as needed. The results are available in 15 minutes.
The cost for the Rapid Antigen Test is $50. If you require a RT-PCR, the cost is $75 and results are available in 15 minutes. The Antigen Test is best performed 3-5 days after symptom onset or 7 days after a known or suspected exposure. The RT-PCR is best performed immediately after symptom onset or 3-5 days after a known or suspected exposure.
Please note that the Rapid Antigen testing is not typically accepted for some International Travel. Please check with your destination.

Have you been vaccinated and are wondering if you still have antibodies? Were you previously infected by the virus and are wondering if you still have antibodies? Are you unsure if you have ever been infected by the virus?
Our office provides RAPID COVID-19 Blood Antibody Testing which will detect at least 2 different antibodies. This will indicate whether you have current immunity either by vaccine or prior infection OR if you have recently had the virus.

COVID-19 Testing is performed by appointment only. We perform testing on select days during select hours. Online appointments are required & pre-payment is necessary. Please note, the payment is non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows; however, you can reschedule. PLEASE SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY.

You can schedule between 1-4 people for Travel Testing. All other testing must be done individually per person.
Please note that the schedule opens up 4 weeks in advance. If you are looking to schedule an appointment further than 4 weeks out, please check back within 4 weeks.
